Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in land and real estate, delivering complex, large-scale investments across Europe.
Having worked through the full lifecycle of the built environment, he recognises both the impacts and the opportunity within the sector. He sees regeneration not as a constraint, but as a commercially credible evolution of development, capable of generating social, environmental and economic value together.
